Refund Policy

At Estetica Appearance Medicine Clinic, we strive to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with their treatments. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds are necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

Treatment Refunds

  1. Pre-Treatment Cancellations:

    • If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the appointment without any additional charges.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 to cover the cost of the reserved appointment time.

  2. Post-Treatment Concerns:

    • If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of your treatment. We will arrange a follow-up consultation to discuss your concerns and determine the best course of action.

    • Refunds for treatments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that a refund is appropriate, it will be processed within 14 days of the decision.

Product Refunds

  1. Unopened Products:

    • Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.

  2. Opened Products:

    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened products.

Payment Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided for any treatment or product that has been altered or used outside of the recommended guidelines.

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with expected outcomes discussed during the consultation.

  2. Provide your full name, contact information, date of treatment or product purchase, and a brief description of your concern or reason for requesting a refund.

  3. Our team will review your request and contact you within 3 business days to discuss the next steps.
